NRL powerhouse, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, has undertaken a journey to build a web and digital ecosystem which sets up the club for long term success and provides better flexibility and fan engagement from existing centralised digital system operated by the NRL.
South Sydney engaged Enrichd Group to assist in digital marketing and measurement audits to provide secondary lens on current set up and actionable recommendations to better serve fan engagement and commercial objectives for the club into the future.

Digital Audit
Enrichd Group conducted a full audit of digital marketing initiatives across Meta and Google, identified areas for improvement and provided recommendations for new and innovative ways to engage their audience (especially the younger demographic).
Measurement
Enrichd Group conducted a deep dive into best practice measurement and tagging strategy, created a measurement handbook, and implemented GA4 tagging across the new website.
Results and outcome
Enrichd Group successfully fulfilled the challenges faced by the Rabbitohs team by assisting them in achieving their primary objectives through effective Facebook Ads and Google Ads strategies, resulting in a positive Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
